Entry fees must be paid within 24 hours of registration, if payment is not on the organizer’s account within 72 hours, the entries will be automaticaly deleted. The exhibitor is obliged to pay the entry fees even if he does not participate in the show for any reason.

Make the payment of the entry fees only after registration of the online entry. Don’t forget to mention the variable symbol!

When paying entry fees, it is necessary to state the variable symbol from the confirmation of entries, which the owner will receive by e-mail from the online system immediately after the dog is registered for the show. Fees are paid only by bank transfer to the given dog show account. You can insert the proof of payment of the fees as an attachment in “my payments” menu (pin icon).

If the show will not held for reasons of superior force, the show fees will be used to cover the costs.

Exhibition fees for unaccepted applications will be returned to the account from which they were paid within 30 days after the end of the exhibition. In the event of a refund for any reason, the costs associated with the refund of €10 will be deducted from the remitted amount of the exhibition fee. There is no need to send a request.
